Artichoke is categorized into 3 sizes:
1- Small Size (A) : Diameter is between 40 mm and 50 mm.
2- Medium Size (B): Diameter is between 50 mm and 60 mm.
3- Large Size (C): Diameter is more than 60 mm.
Special varieties like the Dark or / and White Artichoke are also available for customers interested in developing products with unique colors, appetite and taste.
1- French Method: Dark Colour, Natural Smell, Taste and Flavor of the fresh artichoke is preserved, yet.
2- Egyptian Method: White Colour Natural Smell, Taste and Flavor of the fresh artichoke. Package:
Packs are packaged in various size packs selected by the customer. In addition to being 100% natural fresh with no salt or preservatives added, Packs are economical to use. Simply remove the amount desired, refreeze the remaining balance.
